                             *Studio Etiquette*
Please arrive 10-15 min. before class to allow time to sign in and set up. 
If you are running late, please keep in mind that we will not be able to let you in after class begins. We lock the doors at the start of class.

Please plan to stay for the entire class.  If you will need to leave early, please inform the instructor prior to class.

3. Please bring clean bottomed bike shoes/sneakers to Spin, Bodhi  Camp, & Personal Training sessions
