gentle Kripalu Yoga 

Are you a beginner or simply looking to slow down the pace of life, create space to let go,  stretch deeply, relax and leave feeling balanced and restored? This is the class for you!    

This class will provide a gentle and compassionate approach to yoga, instructing you in the basic foundational poses ending in rest & restoration. Kripalu yoga has an emphasis on meditation, physical healing, and spiritual transformation that overflows from the yoga mat into daily life. Students are guided to observe their thoughts without judging and to accept and love themselves as they are. Each student learns to find their own level of practice on a given day by looking inward.
