Kripalu Yoga 

This class will provide a compassionate approach to yoga, instructing you in the basic foundational poses sprinkled with some yoga core ending in rest & restoration. Kripalu yoga has an emphasis on meditation, physical healing, and spiritual transformation that overflows from the yoga mat into daily life. Students are guided to observe their thoughts without judging and to accept and love themselves as they are. Each student learns to find their own level of practice on a given day by looking inward.
