A super fun, well balanced  combination of 30 minutes of lo impact endurance training and interval strengthening on SPIN bikes blended with 45 minutes of Yoga flow, stretching and relaxation in the yoga studio.




Enjoy a 30 minute indoor cycling class that offers an awesome lo impact cardio workout that will make you sweat, strengthen, burn many calories and de-stress! Always motivating music to get you pumped and an ALL levels class to meet you where you need. 


Following the 30 minute SPIN class, come to you mat for 45 minutes of slow flow yoga, stretching the muscles you have just worked on the bike , targeting legs and hips, core and back, ending with deep twists and a delicious relaxation to start your day off feeling great!
