  • 5:00-6:15 PM -Hot Vigorous Vinyasa Flow w/Serena (intermediate/advanced level)

Monday

  • 9:00-10:15 AM- Moderate Vinyasa Flow with Sarah (all levels)
  • 6:30-7:45 PM- Strong Power Flow w/Nick (intermediate/advanced level).

Tuesday

  • 6:15 -7:30 AM- Sunrise Yoga with Sarah (all levels)
  • 9:15 - 10:15 AM-Spin & Yoga Fusion with Kristin (all levels)
  • 6:30 - 7:45 PM-Hot Vinyasa Power Flow with Kristin (all levels)                    

Wednesday

  • 9:15 - 10:30 AM-Hot Vinyasa Yoga with Kristin (all levels)
  • 2:30-4:00 PM-Strong Yoga for Mature Bodies with Jo (all levels), (*off schedule until Sept. 20).
  • 6:30-7:30 PM Hot Vinyasa Flow with Kristin (all levels)

Thursday

  • 6:15 -7:30 am Sunrise Yoga with Sarah (all levels)
  • 6:30 - 7:45 PM-Hot Vinyasa Power Flow with Kristin (all levels)

Friday

  • 9:15 - 10:30 AM-Hot Vinyasa Flow with Kristin (all levels)

Saturday

  • 9:30-11:00 AM Vigorous  Vinyasa Flow with Sarah (all levels)
