  • 6:30 - 7:45 PM-Hot Vinyasa Power Flow with Kristin (all levels)                 

Wednesday

  • 9:15 -10:30 AM-Moderate Heat Vinyasa Yoga with Kristin (all levels) *every 3rd WED. of the month is FREE for coop members 
  •  2:30-4:00 PM- Yoga for Mature Bodies with Jo (all levels)

Thursday

  • 6:15 -7:30 AM Sunrise Yoga with Sarah (all levels)
  • 9:15-10:30 AM Gentle Kripalu Yoga w/Jen (all levels and especially great for Beginners!)
  • 6:30 - 7:45 PM-Hot Vinyasa Power Flow with Kristin (all levels)) *Jo sub 9/13
